1. Setup:

   • Ensure the lathe machine is turned off and unplugged before attaching the wheel brush.
   • Securely attach the Samit Lathe Wheel Brush to the lathe machine as per the machine’s manual.

2. Cleaning & Deburring:

   • Turn on the lathe machine and set it to a low speed.
   • Gently bring the dental prosthesis in contact of the brush.
   • Move the prosthesis slowly across the bristles to remove excess material.

3. Smoothing & Polishing:

   • Adjust the speed if necessary, ensuring a steady, controlled rotation.
   • Apply light pressure for polishing, allowing the soft bristles to smooth the surface.
   • Move the tool consistently to achieve an even polish.

4. After Use:

   • Turn off and unplug the lathe machine.
   • Clean the brush with a gentle tap to remove any accumulated debris.
   • Store the brush in a dry, cool place.

• Always wear protective eyewear and gloves.
• Do not apply excessive pressure to avoid damaging the prosthesis.
