    • Preparation: Clean the teeth thoroughly to remove plaque or debris.
    • Gel Application: Apply a small amount of Fluorotop APF gel evenly on a fluoride tray or directly on the teeth.
    • Treatment Time: Place the tray in the patient's mouth or let the gel remain on the teeth for 1–4 minutes.
    • Avoid Rinsing: Instruct the patient not to rinse, eat, or drink for at least 30 minutes post-application to allow maximum fluoride absorption.
