    Shofu Porcelain Primer with silane components is an important material for achieving strong and secure adhesive bonding between porcelain restorations and dental substrates. It is specifically designed for use with sintered/pressed ceramics and indirect composites with luting composites like ResiCem. With a shear strength of around 30 MPa, which is above the market average, it provides a reliable solution for ensuring long-lasting restorations.

     

    Composition:

    • Ethanol
    • Silane Coupling Agent

    • 1 x 5ml Bottle

    • Clean and dry the surface of the ceramic or composite restoration.
    • Dispense a small amount of Shofu Porcelain Primer onto a disposable applicator.
    • Apply the primer evenly to the surface of the restoration, making sure to cover the entire area.
    • Allow the primer to dry completely for at least 60 seconds.
    • Apply the luting composite, such as ResiCem, to the primed restoration and seat it onto the prepared tooth structure.
    • Light-cure the restoration according to the manufacturer's instructions.
