• Preparation:

  • Ensure the impression tray is clean and dry.
  • Dispense the required amount of Zetaplus Putty Base onto a clean mixing surface.

• Mixing:

  • Add the recommended quantity of Indurent Gel catalyst to the putty.
  • Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous color is achieved, avoiding streaks.

• Application:

  • Load the mixed putty onto the impression tray evenly.
  • Immediately insert the tray into the patient’s mouth, ensuring proper seating and coverage.

• Setting Time:

  • Allow the material to set in the patient’s mouth. The working and setting times can be adjusted by varying the amount of catalyst used.

• Removal:

  • Once set, gently remove the tray from the oral cavity.

• Post-Procedure:

  • Rinse and disinfect the impression before sending it to the lab.
