1 x Bellavest SH Investment Material Powder (100g)

Preparation:

• • Ensure the workspace and all tools are clean and dry.

• Mixing:

  • Vacuum Mixing: Combine Bellavest SH powder with BegoSol HE mixing liquid.
  • Mixing Ratio: Follow the recommended ratio on the Bellavest SH package for optimal consistency.
  • Mix Under Vacuum: Mix the materials under vacuum to remove air bubbles and achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.

• Investing:

  • Pour the Mixture: Pour the mixed investment material into the metal casting ring or use the BEGO Rapid Ringless system for the investment technique.
  • Fill Molds: Ensure even filling of molds to avoid air pockets and achieve accurate details.

• Setting:

  • Allow the investment material to set at room temperature (20°C) for the recommended time.

• Heating:

  • Shock-Heating: Heat directly at 900°C for shock-heating techniques.
  • Conventional Heating: Follow a standard heating cycle for conventional techniques.

• Devesting:

  • Once cooled, carefully remove the investment material from the cast.

• Post-Processing:

  • Inspect the casting for defects and complete any necessary finishing steps.
