    • Take a small amount of Ammdent Prolax and place it into a dappen dish or other suitable container.
    • Dip a polishing cup into the paste, ensuring that the cup is coated evenly. 
    • Before starting the handpiece, carry the paste to the field of operation and deposit a small amount of the paste on each tooth, using a gloved finger or other applicator.
    • Once the paste has been applied, attach the polishing cup to the handpiece and turn it on.
    • Use a gentle, circular motion to clean and polish each tooth, ensuring that the paste is distributed evenly and no areas are missed.
    • Continue the polishing process on all surfaces of the teeth, including the lingual (tongue-side) surfaces and interdental (between-teeth) areas.
    • Rinse the mouth thoroughly with water to remove any remaining paste.
    • Inspect the teeth to ensure that they are clean and polished to your satisfaction.
