Dabgel Syrup 170ml is manufactured in India by Dr Morepen Limited. This medicine is available in the form of Syrup.

This medication works only on existing acid in the stomach. It does not prevent acid production. It may be used alone or with other medication that lower acid production.

Simethicone helps break up gas bubbles in the gut. Aluminum and magnesium antacids work quickly to lower the acid in the stomach.

• Peptic ulcer
• Hiccups
• Heartburn
• Gastroesophageal reflux disease
• Upset stomach

It may cause a few minor side effects in some patients like hypotension, allergic reactions, bloody stools, vomiting, watery diarrhoea, muscle discomfort, flushing etc.
