Safety Precautions:

• Ensure proper ventilation in the working area.
• Wear appropriate safety gear, including goggles and heat-resistant gloves.
• Keep the workspace clear of flammable materials.

Setup:

• Connect the LPG and Oxygen sources to the designated inlets on the torch.
• Ensure all connections are secure and leak-free.
• Adjust the gas flow regulators according to the manufacturer's recommendations.

Ignition:

• Open the gas valves gradually, starting with the LPG followed by Oxygen.
• Use the provided ignition system to spark the torch.
• Adjust the flame intensity using the gas flow regulators to achieve the desired heat.

Alloy Melting:

• Hold the torch at a safe distance from the alloy material.
• Direct the flame precisely onto the alloy to begin the melting process.
• Maintain a consistent and controlled movement of the torch to evenly heat the alloy.

Shaping and Manipulation:

• Once the alloy reaches the melting point, carefully shape or manipulate it as required using appropriate tools.
• Continuously adjust the flame intensity and torch distance to control the heat application.

Cooling and Shutdown:

• After achieving the desired shape or manipulation, turn off the gas supply in reverse order (Oxygen first, then LPG).
• Allow the alloy to cool down naturally in a safe, controlled environment.
