Gutta-Percha Selection:

• Choose a gutta-percha cone that matches the size and shape of the prepared root canal and trim it if necessary to reach the working length.

Thermal Softening (If Applicable):

• If using a thermoplasticized gutta-percha obturation system.

Insert Gutta-Percha Cone:

• Carefully place the softened gutta-percha cone into the root canal, ensuring it reaches the working length without overextending.

Vertical Condensation:

• Hold Mani Pluggers 25mm firmly but gently in your dominant hand.

Excess Gutta-Percha Removal:

• Trim any excess gutta-percha that protrudes coronally using a heated instrument or spatula, ensuring not to push material apically.

• Take radiographs to verify the quality and depth of the gutta-percha fill. Confirm that there are no voids, gaps, or discrepancies.

Procedure Completion:

• Seal the access cavity with an appropriate restorative material, such as composite resin, to prevent coronal leakage.
